BIOGRAFIA

Anastasia Yatsenko was born in Moscow, Russia. She studied at the Bolshoi Ballet School, in the class of Sofia Golovkina. She joined the Bolshoi Ballet in 1991, where she is now first soloist. At the Bolshoi she was first coached by Raisa Struchkova and now by Svetlana Adyrkhaeva.

Repertoire includes:
Nastya in The Bolt, title role in Aniuta, Kitri in Don Quixote, Effy in La Sylphide, Zina in The Bright Stream, Helena in The Midsummer Night's Dream, Myrtha in Giselle and Ramze in La Fille du Pharaon.
