BIOGRAFIA

Anna Antonicheva was born in Baku in 1973. After graduation from the Moscow Academic Choreography School she was admitted to the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre in 1991. She is coached by Marina Kondratieva and Ekaterina Maximova, and dances the leading and solo parts in the classical repertory ballets.

Repertoire includes:
Shirin (The Legend of Love), Odette-Odile and Swan Princess (Swan Lake), Nikiya (La Bayadere), Giselle and Myrtha (Giselle), Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), Phrygia (Spartacus), Aurora and Princess Florine (Sleeping Beauty), Kitri and Dulcinea (Don Quixote), Nikiya (La Bayadere), the soloist (Symphony in C), Sylph (Chopiniana), Hero (Love for Love).

Awards:
Honored Artist of Russia
Gold medal at the 1998 USA International Ballet Competition in Jackson, Mississippi.
